Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the applicable warranty details will be specified in the individual product listing.

3. Prices

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, offers, discounts, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate, an inadvertent pricing or listing error may occur.

If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, system, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order. In such circumstances, any amount already paid by the customer for the affected order will be refunded.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart or placing an order does not necessarily guarantee availability until the order has been verified and accepted by us.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid for that order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

An order acknowledgement or confirmation received immediately after placing an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion, including where:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • There is an apparent pricing or listing error;

  • The order contains inaccurate or incomplete information;

  • We are unable to verify the order;

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity; or

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment of the order.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the applicable amount paid for that order will be refunded.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, customers cannot cancel the order.

Accordingly, customers are requested to carefully verify the product, quantity, delivery address, contact details, and other order information before completing their purchase.

This does not affect any return, replacement, warranty, or other rights that may apply under our applicable policies or under applicable law.

7. Payment

We accept payment methods made available through our website at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will be processed subject to successful payment authorization and verification.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within India only.

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, logistics conditions, holidays, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the indicated timeframe but do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery Serviceability

Delivery is subject to the availability of courier services to the customer's delivery address.

If, after an order is placed, we determine that the provided delivery address cannot be serviced by any of our available courier partners, we may be unable to fulfil the order.

In such circumstances, where payment has already been received, we will cancel the affected order and issue a refund of the amount paid for that order. Our liability in such circumstances shall be limited to refunding the amount actually received from the customer for the affected order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the PIN code and contact details.

9. Returns and Replacements

Our Return & Replacement Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Returns or replacements for products damaged during transit will be considered subject to the requirements specified in our Return & Replacement Policy.

In particular, for a claim relating to transit damage, the customer must provide a continuous, unpaused and unedited unboxing video showing the package from before opening through the opening of the package and discovery of the product condition.

Claims may be rejected where the required evidence is not provided or where the unboxing recording has been paused, edited, interrupted, or otherwise does not provide a continuous record of the opening of the package.

10. Wrong Product Received

If a customer receives a product that differs from the product ordered, the customer should contact us at princewatchhouse1968@gmail.com with the order details and relevant evidence.

We will review the claim and, where the error is verified, arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policies.

11. Manufacturer Warranty

Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the applicable warranty period and terms will be stated in the relevant product listing.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and procedures established by the respective manufacturer.

Depending on the product and manufacturer, warranty claims may need to be processed through the manufacturer's authorized service centre or warranty network.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, Prince Watch House does not provide an independent warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.

Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to minimize the impact of such circumstances on affected orders.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer authorities and courts, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or transactions with Prince Watch House shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
